By accessing, browsing, or using the phjoy30 website located at phjoy30.app, or by registering a player account with phjoy30, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the phjoy30 platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity. Your continued use of phjoy30 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

phjoy30 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoy30 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify phjoy30 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• phjoy30 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phjoy30 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• phjoy30 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
• phjoy30 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All transactions carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have previously notified phjoy30 of a security breach in accordance with this clause.

phjoy30 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱):

• E-Wallets: GCash and PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

All funds deposited into your phjoy30 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. phjoy30 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

phjoy30 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards. These payment methods are not supported on the platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Deposits are for the purpose of funding your gaming activity on phjoy30 only. phjoy30 does not pay interest on player account balances. Player funds are held separately from phjoy30 operational funds.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Your account must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. phjoy30 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required KYC documents have been submitted and verified.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. phjoy30 may require additional verification if a different withdrawal method is requested.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are processed same-day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.

phjoy30 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion. Any withdrawal request found to be associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms will be declined and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

phjoy30 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phjoy30 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the individual bonus terms. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account balance upon expiry.
• phjoy30 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in arbitrage betting, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the phjoy30 platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, and Evolution Gaming. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

• Random Number Generators: All slot games and non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable results.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG systems.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjoy30 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on phjoy30;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the phjoy30 platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or using phjoy30 for any illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phjoy30 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by phjoy30.

All content on the phjoy30 platform, including but not limited to the phjoy30 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content, is the property of phjoy30 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phjoy30 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phjoy30 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phjoy30 content;
• Use any phjoy30 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phjoy30 platform.

Any unauthorized use of phjoy30 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phjoy30.

phjoy30 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

phjoy30 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phjoy30 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phjoy30 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content;
• Any technical malfunction, delay, or failure of the platform or any game.

phjoy30's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjoy30 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phjoy30's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phjoy30 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring account closure.

Upon account closure, phjoy30 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your phjoy30 account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phjoy30 operates in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as they apply to online gaming operations in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of phjoy30 complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

phjoy30 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

For material changes to these Terms, phjoy30 will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the phjoy30 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the phjoy30 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
